•  The Joint Circular No. 44/2013/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN dated 31/12/2013 on the regulation of quality control of domestic and imported steels
• The joint Circular No. 58/2013/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN dated 31/12/2015 on the regulation of quality control of domestic and imported steels
• The Decision No. 1408/QĐ-TĐC dated 04/07/2014 to assign FCC Company to perform the steel inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Circular No. 44/2013/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN
• The Decision No. 414/QĐ-BCT dated 14/01/2015 to assign FCC Company to perform the steel quality tests in accordance with the provisions of the Circular No. 44/2013/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN
• The Decision No. 686/TĐC-HCHQ dated 03/04/2017 to certify the registration of FCC Company on performances the inspection services of domestic and imported steels.
• The Decision No. 1209/TĐC-HCHQ dated 30/05/2017 to certify the registration of FCC Company on performances the testing services
• The Decision No. 997/QĐ-TĐC dated 22/06/2017 to assign FCC Company to perform the quality tests of steels using in reinforced concrete in accordance with the standard No. QCVN 7:2011/BKHCN
• The Decision No. 1041/QĐ-TĐC dated 27/06/2017 to assign FCC Company to perform the quality steel inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Circular No. 58/2015/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN.
• The certification No. 205/12CN of Vietnam Register to verify FCC Company to perform the quality steel tests under the standard No. QCVN 21:2010/BGTVT.

 

INSPECTION/TESTING SERVICES PERFORMED:

• Inspection for tolerances, sizes according to published applied standards
• Inspection for quality specifications according to published applied standards
• Testing for mechanical specifications (tensile, bending, torsion, hardness testing, Charpy impact test)
• Chemical composition analysis
• Testing for thickness, quality of coating and galvanization
• Determine magnetic losses for electrical steel
